Resource reduction measures suitable for your home will be developed from the results of the whole house analysis and energy audit. The resulting information and proposed scope of work will be analyzed by approved software to determine a targeted energy reduction. As part of your participation in the program, you may be asked to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey, and/or have the implemented work reviewed by a representative of the program.
