How Does the Energy Upgrade California Program Work?

• Homeowners can choose from two energy upgrade packages.
• The Basic Upgrade Package is a fixed $1,000 rebate.
• The Advanced Upgrade Package ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 depending on energy efficiency improvements.
• PG&E also offers up to $1,000 in appliance rebates.
• Local city or county rebates and incentives may also apply.

Are There Other Requirements?

• The property cannot be in default on property taxes nor have any city or county liens.
• All applicable lead, asbestos & hazardous materials laws must be followed.
• Building permits must be obtained as required.
• Historical and future PG&E data must be released.
